FROM ROOF TO BASEMENT
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN OUR HOME INSPECTIONS
We are proud of our home inspection process – because we have developed and honed our skills and processes for years to be able to deliver a home inspection that protects, informs, and educates our clients.
We generally start your home inspection on the exterior of your home, fully examining your roof, doors, windows, grading, drainage, steps, stoops, porches, decks, balconies, patios, garages, walkways, driveways, siding, hose bibs, and much more.
Once we are inside your home, we begin inspecting things such as your basement, attic spaces, any crawlspaces that may be present, stairs, handrails, fireplaces, walls, floors, ceilings, fixtures, vents, cabinets, indications of moisture or leaks, and all living spaces.
An important part of your home inspection are your mechanical systems. We inspect your home’s electric panel, branch wiring, main service entry, heating unit, cooling unit, flues, venting, plumbing waste lines, plumbing supply lines, water heater, and more.
